Are you Ready to Go Pro?

Are you new to the Industry or finally decided to be an Industry Professional?

I decided to give this industry one more shot in 2016 because I was tired of not keeping promises to by family and not reaching personal goals consistently. One of my mentors suggested that I read Go Pro by Eric Worre and Your First Year In Network Marketing by Mark Yarnell.

When I finally decided to be start reading, it felt like the authors were speaking directly to me because somehow I felt like giving up after all the rejection from friends and family. They knew that I didn’t feel like going to the weekly meetings and partaking in all of the company calls.

Eric Worre said that there are three types of people in the industry, Posers, an Amateurs and  Pros.  A Poser is an individual who is still not convinced that this industry really works. An Amateur is one who treats their business like a hobby. A Pro is someone who makes a decision to be a student of the Industry in order to learn the skills and knowledge that it takes to be a professional. Once I realized that I no longer wanted to be considered a Poser nor an Amateur I began to read the books and connect with the industry leaders. Once I  decided to Go Pro, I have had more success in the past 10 months then the past 8 years in the industry.

Professor of Marketing Charles W. King was featured saying “New network marketers . . . read this book! The Yarnells, multi-million dollar income earners with twenty years experience, provide a comprehensive operational structure . . . outstanding content . . . and over 200 specific recommendations to profitably survive your first year . . . and build a long-term business foundation. I’m recommending this book to all of my network marketing students.”

on from an Amazon review  stated this book is the chosen core textbook for the MLM Millionaire Club curriculum, and is being considered as the core book for the history-making world’s first accredited college course in Network Marketing at Bethany College of Lindsborg, Kansas. Why? It contains in a nutshell the how-to’s of professional Network Marketing, a hard-won summary of Eric Worre’s 25 years in the profession. Here are the 7 Steps he’ll teach you:

1) Finding Prospects
2) Inviting Prospects to Understand Your Product or Opportunity
3) Presenting Your Product or Opportunity to Your Prospects
4) Following Up With Your Prospects
5) Helping Your Prospects Become Customers or Distributors
6) Helping Your New Distributor Get Started Right

Monday Mindset Change

Happy Monday Peeps!! It is a new work week and the first day of May. Here are a few tips to help BANISH some of that stinking thinking that holds of back from being absolutely awesome. Sometimes the mindset that we have is caused by our bad habits. Every week in the Month of May Choose one Bad Habit to Banish and One Good Habit to Embrace.

  1. Positive attracts Positive- Start to surround yourself with people who are positive, motivated and driven. This will help you look at every situation from a positive perspective.
  2. Cancel the FEAR- Fear is nothing more than False Evidence Appearing Real
  3. Start with a Blank Slate – Let the past be the past in your relationships. After you have informed others of your mindset shift give them a fair chance to join or support you.
  4. Relax- Every day take a least 15 minutes to relax and release any fears or anxiety that have built up while on your daily journey.
  5. Reflect – At the end of each day reflect and enjoy all of the good things that happen to you and others.
  6. Reinforce – Positive thoughts and Affirmations are key to having a long lasting Mindset Change. Everyday look at yourself in the mirror and speak life to yourself and others.Bedtime (1).png

Let’s Start BAG’in

girls' weekend

We are about to enter into the second quarter of 2017, and I am curious about how many people are still working are towards those 2017 Goals.

If you happen to slip in the first quarter let April 1st be a new start for you. Here are some tips to help you reach those Big Audacious Goals

1. Make a Commitment and Be Consistent

Achieving goals takes commitment and consistency. Sometime we may have to bring the entire family in on the goal process so that they are there for support and to help keep us on track.

2. Track

It’s so important to keep track of you progress. I like to journal my progress to that I can appreciate and share my goal process with others.

3.  Get Connected

If you are working on achieving a BAG then find someone who has the skill set and experience that you lack. There is nothing wrong with recognizing that you are in need of tools and in order to obtain them help from an outside source may be required.

4. Prepare to Repeat

We all have an ideal time and date to reach our BAG goals but sometimes the reality is that timing and the universe were not ready for that to happen. The key is to make some adjustments and repeat the process the worse thing you can do is drop the goal if it you did not hit it after the first time.

5. Your WHY

Keep you EYE on your WHY, throughout the goal process. You Why will make you cry at times but should eventually cause you to fly to achieve that BAG.

6. Take a Moment to Enjoy the WINS

You will burn yourself out if you are constantly running to achieve those BAGs without taking sometime to enjoy and celebrate that little WINS. Use this celebration to increase the buy in of family and friends to help support you in working towards your BAG.

Travel Tips

It’s always exciting to think about going to a new destination and starting a new  adventure however most of us dread the time and energy it takes to pack. More often time then not I found myself procrastinating, which lead to over packing.

About a year ago I decided to stop over packing and start using  travel tips so that I can become a savvy traveler.

Here’s some quick travel tips and hacks

  1. Roll, don’t fold.
  2. Make a packing list.
  3. Know your airline’s baggage-fee policy.
  4. Use shower caps as shoe covers
